I am looking for any new suggestions for deep-red wines that I will use to paint my latest study. So if the last bottle you opened poured with a dark & rich depth of colour...send me the details!
You see I'm now working on a picture to be painted in wine over 48 pieces of paper. This will be a standing portrait study at 2 meters or so in height. It will also be my first full figure painted with wine. I'll be aiming for the depth of detail previously seen on my grandfathers portrait. I hope to begin painting on Monday. As always I'll be showing the work in progress here on Wine Ink.
